Enterprises often share files across business units and with an ‘extended enterprise’ of vendors and partners. Giving them NO access would cripple your business while giving them ALL access would leave your data insecure. How do you ensure that employees and third parties can use your files, but not misuse them?
Seclore’s data-centric security ‘wraps’ your files and emails with granular usage controls that stay with files wherever they go.
In this section, we’ll see how you can protect files and emails and give specific permissions to users according to your business needs.

Approving access requests for protected files and emails
Recipients who don’t have access to protected files and emails see an option to request access from the file owner. The file owner receives an email notification where they can either choose to approve the request or simply ignore it.
