- Seclore’s domain-based access feature enables users to collaborate seamlessly with vendors and partners while ensuring easy protection and tracking of shared data.
- With this feature, you can share permissions on protected files and emails with all users of external domains.
- Recipients who are part of the domain-based access but have also received permissions individually will continue to retain their individual permissions along with domain-based access permissions.
- Permissions on a protected file cannot be shared with domains that are part of the deny list. However, individuals belonging to such domains will be able to receive permissions on Seclore-protected files.

Points to remember
- Copies of a protected file are also protected with the same set of permissions as the original one.
- To protect multiple files at once, select all the desired files, right-click on any one of them, and click Seclore It.
- You can also protect all files within a folder. Right-click on the folder and click Seclore It.
With Email Auto Protector
If your organization has enabled Domain-based access for Email Auto Protector, permissions shared with external recipients will be extended to all users of the recipients’ domain.
