What you need to know

  • This feature is useful when someone has joined your team and needs to have the same access as others. In such a scenario, you can select all the files that the new user needs access to and replicate permissions of existing users.
  • As a security admin, you can replicate user permissions on files protected by any user within the scope of your Organizational Unit, or OU. If you're a Global security admin, you can do this for files protected by any user of the organization.
  • You can also replicate permissions from one domain to another, an individual to a domain, or vice versa.
  • You’ll need to sign in to Seclore if you’re not signed in already. See the following page if you need help signing in to Seclore.
