What you need to know

  • As a Global Security admin and System admin, you can create Email Auto Protector rules in your Seclore administrator portal.
  • You can configure multiple rules which will be used to protect emails.
  • When end users send or receive emails per the rules you set, it'll be automatically protected by Seclore.

If any external domain is in the ‘deny list’ in the Policy Server portal, the individual recipients will get the permissions; however, permissions won’t get extended to other users of that domain.

Multiple rules can be configured. They will be executed in order - starting from the top.

This owner will be set for protected files if the system fails to identify the configured users in the Email Auto Protector rules.
