What you need to know
- As a Global Security admin and System admin, you can create Email Auto Protector rules in your Seclore administrator portal.
- You can configure multiple rules which will be used to protect emails.
- When end users send or receive emails per the rules you set, it'll be automatically protected by Seclore.

Step-by-step
If any external domain is in the ‘deny list’ in the Policy Server portal, the individual recipients will get the permissions; however, permissions won’t get extended to other users of that domain.
Multiple rules can be configured. They will be executed in order - starting from the top.
This owner will be set for protected files if the system fails to identify the configured users in the Email Auto Protector rules.
